Appetizers
Yaki Bacon Bombs
This is another great appetizer of ours, it is actually a bite-sized piece of chicken with bell pepper wrapped with bacon on a skewer and then sauced with a sweet teriyaki glaze.

BBQ Grilled Artichokes
Grilled Artichokes with a garlic and spice aioli

Pineapple Skewers
Grilled Skewers of pineapple, sweet bites of awesome fruit.

Sausage Sampler (Linguica and Pineapple Sausage)
Linguica is a nice mild Portuguese sausage that makes an awesome appetizer! It is actually Corbin’s favorite sausage. The pineapple sausage is a close contender too!

Garlic Bread
Ciabatta garlic bread, simple but always mouth-watering. We get our high quality bread special ordered from the Sadie Rose Baking Company.

Chips and Salsa
Our favorite Salsa blend and chips. Catch us in the right mood and we could even make house made guacamole happen.

Meats
Tri-tip
This is our specialty and we honestly think we have the best tri-tip in all San Diego so you have got to give it a try! We offer tri-tip sandwiches, SLIDERS, salad, sliced tri-tip and even the whole steak if you want.

Pulled Pork
Another one of our rising starts, the pulled pork is smothered in sauce and served with coleslaw on top if you’d like. Can be served in SLIDER form too!

Baby Back Ribs or St. Louis Style Spare Ribs
It is cooked with sweet and tangy flavors as the sauce gets caramelized on during barbecuing. Spare ribs are a little meatier than baby backs. We also add a hint of spice to the rib rub for the spares.

Beef Ribs
Big and meaty ribs with a nice rub on them. Usually sold individually.

Grilled Chicken Breast & Thighs
Plump juicy breasts & Thighs smoked on the grill. Always good on a menu item based on the crowd at your event.

Sides
Ultimate Bake Potato
It is often found at our farmers markets with and topped with garlic butter, beans, cheese, chives, sour cream and for a little extra your choice of pulled pork or tri-trip.

Ranch Style Beans
A delicious county style mix of beans with bits of tri-tip tossed in. Some intense flavor!

BBQ Corn on the Cob
Q crew style is the way we like to serve it: Brushed with garlic butter, and sprinkled with our rib rub seasoning.

Coleslaw
Corbin puts his knife to work as he makes his house cut, mixed and made coleslaw. At our markets it is topped on our Pulled Pork Sandwiches if you’d like.

Seasonal Grilled Veggies
If you seek extra veggies amongst our meat madness and/or may have a few non-meat eaters then this is a good option for you. Green and yellow squash, red onion and carrots grilled with garlic butter and seasonings. These also can be created as kabobs.

Grilled Asparagus
Fire Charred asparagus marinated in garlic olive oil then dusted with seasoning.

Fresh Spring Green Salad
Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and carrot strings. This may be included with chicken or tri-tip.

Our simple yet wholesome recipe, garnished with spices and chives.
